Yes, the Wi-Fi connection is free of charge and available in all the rooms and apartments.

Yes, an elevator is available in the building.

No, we’re sorry, pets are not allowed.
Is breakfast included?
We do not offer breakfast service. However, every room and apartment is equipped with an espresso machine with free coffee pods. You will also find many cafés nearby serving excellent Italian breakfast options.
During which periods is the hotel open?
We are open all year round.
THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE ARRIVAL
What time is check-in?
Check-in is available from 2:30 pm to 6:30 pm.
After 6:30 pm, you can access your room using our self check-in system: we will send you an email with your personal code to open the doors. Inside your accommodation, you will find the check-in form and instructions to complete your self check-in procedure.
What time is check-out?
The room or apartment must be vacated by 10:00 am.
Can I arrive at the hotel before the scheduled check-in time?
Yes, please let us know during booking or the day before arrival. You will be able to leave your luggage in our storage area free of charge until your room is ready.
Where can I park my car?
The most convenient car parks are at Tronchetto or in Piazzale Roma.

Do you offer a shuttle service from the airport or the train station?
We do not have a private shuttle service. You can reach us by public transportation service or by private taxi. For more detailed directions, please visit our How to Reach Us page.
How do I access the property? Will someone be there to welcome me?

The code will be active from 2:30 pm on the day of check-in until 10:00 am on the day of check-out.
This will allow you to access the building freely even outside staff service hours.
Please inform us of your expected arrival time so that our staff can be present to welcome you during standard check-in hours (2:30 pm – 6:30 pm).
Can I leave my luggage after check-out?
Yes, luggage storage is available free of charge until 6:30 pm on the day of departure.
Is there a reception at Corte Barozzi Venice Suites?
Corte Barozzi Venice Suites does not have a traditional reception.
Our staff will welcome you at the agreed check-in time (2:30 pm – 6:30 pm).
If our staff cannot be present at your arrival, you can access your accommodation using the access code sent to you by email or smartphone a few days before arrival.
Our staff will meet you for a welcome and check-in as soon as they are available.
During your stay, if staff members are not present on-site, you can reach them by phone at +39 041 2413542. They are available daily from 8:00 am to 11:00 pm.

Apartments include a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, kettle, and coffee machine.

Do the apartments have washing machine?
No, our apartments are not equipped with washing machine.
Do you have rooms with a bathtub?
Yes, the some rooms have a bathtub, while others have a shower.
Are baby cots available?
Yes, baby cots are available free of charge and upon request for children up to 3 years old.
How often are the rooms and apartments cleaned?
Rooms and the apartments are cleaned daily. For apartmentsapartments, a full cleaning service is carried out at check-in and check-out.
Do you have rooms accessible to guests with disabilities?
Unfortunately, the property is not equipped to accommodate guests whit reduced mobility.
Do you have smoking rooms?
No, all the rooms are non-smoking.
Guests may smoke only in the courtyard.
BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS
Why was my refundable booking charged?
If you booked a refundable rate, no charge has been made — only a pre-authorization on your card to verify its validity.
If you cancel within the allowed period, the pre-authorization will be released automatically.
What are your cancellation policies?
Cancellation is free of charge up to 7 days before arrival (or as indicated in your chosen rate plan). After this deadline, in case of cancellation or no-show, the total amount of the stay will be charged as a penalty.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, CartaSi, American Express), debit cards, cash, and advance bank transfers.
What happens if I cancel my booking after the allowed period?
In this case, the total amount of the stay will be charged.
If I pay upon arrival, why do I need to enter my credit card details when booking?
When booking online, we request a pre-authorization (temporary hold) on your card only to guarantee your reservation.
No charges are made before your stay, and the pre-authorization is automatically released if you cancel within the allowed period.
What kind of deposit is required to confirm my booking?
We require a valid credit card number and expiry date as a guarantee.
No amount will be charged before departure, except in the case of no-show or early departure.
We reserve the right to verify the validity of the card through a pre-authorization request. If there are errors or invalid information, the booking will not be considered valid. Alternatively, a full prepayment by bank transfer may be requested to confirm the reservation.
What is the amount of the tourist tax?
