Every year, Conegliano is home to important Italian and international sports events. Indoor sports competitions take place at the Zoppas Arena, the Conegliano stadium, which seats 3,500 people.

Prosecco Cycling

The competition is now part of the classic cycling competitions. Every year, 2,500 participate, cycling aficionados from all over Italy and Europe. Since 2015 the Prosecco Cycling is also open to e-bikes. The competition features an itinerary that has been successfully tested by now. About 100 kilometres, with an overall difference in height of 1,500 metres. Spectacular passes in the heart of the Prosecco Hills, but not particularly rough, with the exception of the infamous Ca’ del Poggio. Official website: www.proseccocycling.it

Prosecco Run

In December, in Vidor. The spectacle of a unique half marathon, run between vineyards and “inside” wine cellars, along the roads of Prosecco Superiore DOCG Conegliano-Valdobbiadene. The competition is usually held on the first Sunday of December in Vidor (TV), and is organised by Trevisomarathon, a sports association. The Prosecco Run begins at Cantina La Tordera, at 10:00. Along the 21,097 km of the international Fidal competition, about twenty Prosecco winemakers/cellars are crossed. Information on the official website www.prosecco.run
