GENERAL INFORMATION


Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes, free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms and apartments.

Is there an elevator?
No. The property is located in a historic Venetian building and does not have an elevator.

Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed.

Is breakfast available?
No, Fenice Studios does not offer a breakfast service. Each accommodation includes a coffee machine, and there are several bars and cafés nearby. Is the property open all year round? Yes, Fenice Studios is open all year round.

 

BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL


What time is check-in?
Check-in is available from 2:30 PM. After this time, self check-in is possible using an access code sent by email prior to arrival.

What time is check-out?
Check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM.

Can I arrive before check-in time?
Yes. Upon prior notice, you may leave your luggage in storage free of charge until check-in time.

How do I access the property?
You will receive an access code by email allowing entry to the building and your room/apartment. The code is active from 2:30 PM on the day of arrival until 10:00 AM on the day of departure.

Is there a reception at Fenice Studios?
Fenice Studios does not have an on-site reception. Our staff will welcome you at the agreed check-in time during standard hours starting from 2:30 PM. If staff cannot be present at check-in, you may access your accommodation using the access code provided by email or smartphone a few days before arrival. Our staff will meet you as soon as available to complete the check-in. During your stay, if staff are not on site, you can contact them by phone at +39 041 4583769. Telephone assistance is available daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM.

How will I access the property? Will someone be there to welcome me?
A few days before arrival, you will receive an email with the access code for the main entrance and your room/apartment. The code will be active from 2:30 PM on the day of check-in until 10:00 AM on the day of check-out. You will be able to access the property independently outside staff service hours. Please inform us of your expected arrival time so that our staff can be present to welcome you during standard check-in hours.

Can I leave my luggage after check-out?
Yes, free luggage storage is available after check-out, with collection within the communicated hours.

Where can I park my car?
The most convenient parking areas are Tronchetto and Piazzale Roma. For more information, please visit www.veniceparking.it. Do you offer a shuttle service from the airport or train station? No, we do not offer a private shuttle service. You can reach us by public transportation or private taxi. For more details, please see our “How to Reach Us” page.

Rooms
The rooms feature air conditioning and heating, Wi-Fi connection, a safe, 40" TV, coffee machine with biscuits, minibar, hairdryer, slippers, courtesy set, wardrobe, bed linen and towels. An iron and ironing board as well as a baby cot are available upon request.

Apartments
The apartments are equipped with air conditioning and heating, Wi-Fi connection, a safe, 40" TV and a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, refrigerator and kettle. They also include a hairdryer, slippers, courtesy set, wardrobe, bed linen and towels. An iron and ironing board as well as a baby cot are available upon request.

Do the bathrooms have bathtubs?
No, all bathrooms are equipped with showers only.

Is there a washing machine in the apartments?
No, the apartments are not equipped with a washing machine.

Are baby cots available?

Yes, baby cots for children up to 3 years old are available free of charge upon request.

How often is housekeeping provided?
Rooms and apartments are tidied daily. Full cleaning is carried out at check-in and check-out.

Are the accommodations accessible for guests with disabilities?
No, the property is not equipped to accommodate guests with disabilities, also due to the absence of an elevator. Is smoking allowed? No, smoking is not permitted inside rooms and apartments.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, debit cards, cash, and advance bank transfers.

What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation is free up to 7 days before arrival, unless different conditions apply to the selected rate.

Why is a credit card required?
A credit card is required as a booking guarantee via pre-authorization, with no immediate charge.

What happens if I cancel my reservation after the allowed deadline?
The full amount of the stay will be charged.

What is the tourist tax amount?
The tourist tax must be paid on site or via a pay-by-link payment.
